Description: 

The Town of Aylmer is seeking competitive proposals from a qualified real estate agent in good standing with an existing real-estate brokerage.  The Request for Proposal (RFP) is for this agent to assist with making recommendations upon listing price (for approval by Council), listing, and showing the Town properties as outlined in Schedule 4 of this document.

The Town is willing to commit to a 120-day listing period with an agent for all properties with the potential for an extension of 120-days. There is no contract associated with this RFP as the standard OREA listing agreement will be utilized upon Council approval of listing prices.
