The wastewater pump station roof replacement project includes the removal and replacement of two existing flat roof membranes and associated roofing materials. The two facilities to have roofing replaced are located at 75 Elm Street and 9980 Rogers Road. The scope of the project generally includes the following and shall conform to Ontario Provincial Standards (OPSS) and Ontario Building Codes (OBC):
