The Corporation of the Town of Aylmer wishes to retain a consultant with experience in engineering, design, procurement, and contract administration for the reconstruction of Elk St.  The project includes the reconstruction of urban road sections, watermain, sanitary, storm sewers, and streetscaping as required.  The Town wishes to have the engineering portion of the project completed in 2021 to offer the project for tendering in 2022.The Town is seeking a consultant who is able to fully comprehend the various aspects of the project and is able to efficiently and effectively execute the project while managing the risks throughout the delivery cycles.
