The scope of the project generally includes the following and shall conform to the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) and attached Architectural Specifications, Division 02-10:

  • Addition & Construction of a new 27.37 m2  entrance & lobby area
  • Installation of new entrance concrete sidewalk pad 
  • All supplementary activities necessary to renovate and connect to the existing building
