Description:	The Corporation of the of Aylmer acting in its capacity as Administrating Municipality for the East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management (Board) is seeking qualified vendor with experience in the removal, supply, and installation of rooftop Packaged and Terminal HVAC units. As identified in the Property Condition Assessment & Capital Planning condition assessment, the Board wishes to replace the 7 rooftop packaged and terminal HVAC units identified in the report a RTU between 5-7.5 tons cooling and 120,000-200,000 btu/hr.
