The Corporation of the Town of Aylmer wishes to retain a consultant with experience in land use planning, municipal class environmental approvals, engineering, for the replacement of the water storage facility.  The Town believes it is in its best interest to undertake a comprehensive review of the existing and potential future land use, existing and future water storage requirements and undertake the strategic replacement of the existing water storage facility.  The Town is seeking a consultant who is able to fully comprehend the various aspects of the project and is able to efficiently and effectively execute the project while managing the risks throughout the delivery cycles. 

 
The Town schedule and need for efficiency should not be taken as a sign it intends to sacrifice quality.  The consultant should have the ability to manage risks throughout the project delivery to ensure the Town receives a quality product and a fiscally sound viable alternative in a timely fashion.
